Andrew Lenick

As President of Advanced Healthcare Solutions, Andrew Lenick brings over 17 years of experience in cost containment and management to the organization. He has expertise in Med A, Med B and DMERC B support. He has provided services to both for-profit and non-profit institutions. Andrew originally came to the healthcare market by expanding the operations of a physician based healthcare provider. This physician group was subsequently purchased by a large California healthcare group. A spin off of this group practice was Nutricare. Andrew took on the role of expanding Nutricare of Southern California, and the organization expanded into one of the largest skilled and home care providers of DMERC B services in the region. Andrew Lenick has applied his skills to pharmacy operations, with assistance in the operations of skilled care services for a large non-profit organization. He has also effectively taken on the management services of a high end Assisted Living community in Southern California. The culmination of these experiences has allowed Andrew Lenick to create the unique services of Advanced Healthcare Solutions.

President of MedWise, Mr. Russell has extensive experience in the pharmacy area. He has been responsible for the development and oversight of one of the largest regional institutional pharmacies in the Southwest. Mr. Russell has successfully created the MedWise program. This unique program allows for the complete and comprehensive management of pharmacy services to the Skilled Nursing facility. The reporting capabilities and flexibility of this program make it truly unique. The MedWise program allows the client to be in control of their pharmacy program. As President of MedWise, Mr. Russell actively provides over sight of the skilled MedWise staff, bringing you detailed, timely data allowing the SNF to effectively manage the pharmacy costs.

Brad Avergon

As Director of Sales and Marketing for Advanced Healthcare Solutions, Brad Avergon brings over 20 years of experience in the areas financial analysis and market growth. Brad was born and raised in New England. He received his BS from Bentley College in Marketing and Management as well as a degree in Paralegal Studies. He has spent his career in a variety of senior management roles. Some of these executive roles included serving as Sales Manager for Loansnap.com Inc. and Director of Strategic Marketing for Mortgage Information Services Inc. During his tenure in these positions Brad managed and grew multiple facilities while supervising sales and administrative personnel. Since Brad has come on board Advanced Healthcare Solutions has been able to grow to become a firm with a national presence. This growth allows our clients to benefit from lower costs through our vendor relationships. Brad is committed to making sure that Advanced Healthcare Solutions Inc. provides options, advice and superior customer service to all of our clients as we continue to grow.

Ms. Welch is an expert in the areas of procurement, procurement management, budget management and billing support. She has over 30 years experience and excels in training and program development. Nancy Welch has a keen sense of organizational work-flow and the ability to implement effective efficiencies. She is knowledgeable in all areas of operation within the skilled environment. Her approach is hands-on and easily develops a relationship with management and staff. Her support and communication skills allow her to work in all environments. Her belief is to provide the necessary information and skill-sets for your community to succeed. Her systems have been time tested in the for-profit and non-profit setting. Her travels have taken her through out the country where she has successfully implemented unique programs.
